Our local manufacturing is certified by the Industrial Research Institute (IRI), Libnor, and the Ministry of Industry in Lebanon.

Fabrication, Production & Service Yard

MODON pre-fabricates and manufactures engineered products and modular systems at its facilities in Saida Industrial Area, featuring:

• Facilities: 3000 m² of steel prefabrication, pipe welding, machining, modular production, martialing yards, mechanical workshops, control panel building, paint shops, and grit blasting.
• Ancillary Facilities: 1800 m² martialing yards, laydown area, warehouse, office space for design and engineering, procurement, sales, logistics, and showroom display.
• Testing & Inspection: Equipped with advanced machinery, precision tools, and pump test benches, we conduct internal SAT tests and field-assembled (FAT) tests, using high accuracy measuring instruments and electrical test instruments.

Our team provides in situ technical services to implement maintenance programs, optimize life-cycle value, and improve facility operating costs and reliability. We conduct comprehensive energy audits and field surveys to help facilities conserve energy and implement green-building techniques.
